The rubber donut ring on my wife's car exhaust perished. Causing the middle section to fracture and hang loose. Returned to kwik fit where it had been fitted 11 months previously. The manager was pleasant, good humoured and helpful. Ordered the part fitted it the following day. Then by appointment, had the middle section re fitted. All under the exsisting warranty without further cost. Great service, thanks again.

Repaired an SUV tyre very quickly. Was visiting Berwick-upon-Tweed and got a nail. Dropped into Kwik-Fit on a Saturday lunchtime and they fixed it within 30 mins. No waiting needed. Did a great job.

Got a flat tyre whilst on holiday in Berwick-upon-Tweed. I needed to drive 200 miles home that afternoon. Left my car at kwik fit, hoping for a fix or new tyre. I got neither, no help whats so ever. Wouldn't repair and couldn't get tyre until the next week. I understand safety protocol with tyres and fixes and company liabilities. But it was more the attitude of the staff, knowing I was stranded 200 mile from home. A shrugging of the shoulders is not great customer service.
