We regularly visit Northumberland and this is our go to place to stay. Ideally located in a quiet part of town, but within 2 minutes walk of restaurants, shops etc. Friendly host. We have stayed here several times and will return again shortly.

Very clean and well equipped cottage. Close to all the local amenities. John, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. A wonderful welcome with milk, fruit and flowers to make us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Great location and close to local restaurants but just tucked away from the centre. Lots to see and do and John is a fountain of knowledge with some great local tips. Thoroughly enjoyed our break and would recommend without hesitation.

It was our first visit to Berwick on Tweed . The apartment is clean, very well equipped . it is furnished to a high standard and made our stay in Berwick very comfortable and enjoyable. The owner John had thought of everything you may need on your stay and had even left tea ‘coffee and milk and cream cakes and fruit on our arrival. The apartment is situated in a quiet location yet only a very short walk into the town centre for the shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and attractions John also provided a parking permit for the street parking in front of the apartment. We found Berwick and oil mill lane apartments an excellent location for exploring this part of Northumberland and we managed to pack our holiday visiting the attractions of the area.

This is the best equipped place I have ever stayed in. It's the perfect location for exploring Berwick. It's in a lovely quiet area and is the ultimate relaxing getaway. Put it this way, my 17 year old loved it so much, he didn't miss his laptop once - in fact he read more books than I did. Wonderful home from home in a beautiful town.

This self contained apartment is like home from home, having everything you could wish for. It is very spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high quality. It is well located in a quiet area of Berwick and has easy access to shops, buses and the railway station. There is FREE on street permit parking provided.The host is VERY friendly, helpfull and has provided leaflets of places to visit and eat.

A superb place to stay close to town centre . Lots of places to see , plenty of nice walks. Good food and beer close by. Home from home with fresh flowers , fruit basket and supplys for a cuppa after our journey as well as a cream cake. Thank you to John for all your recommendations of places to visit we had a great time and will look forward to another visit.
