Very very poor customer service ,shocked by the poor standard of dry cleaning ,I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN words fail me

This is the second time I have used this service the first time was for dry cleaning of our curtains Was over the moon with the service and quality of the work curtains returned like new This Tim we used the ironing crevice and am very impressed again wit the quality and the result of the Gouda returned I will recommend this service to friends and family will use this service again staff professional and friendly Keep up the good work will see you again

Do NOT use this dry cleaner if you want your item back. We took over two duvets to be dry cleaned, the following week we went back across to collect them, once was handed over to us straight away in a large white bag, the other the girl had difficulty locating the other -despite the fact these should have been tagged with a customer number. There seemed to be some type of commotion at the back of the building as two of them tried to locate the other, eventually a duvet was rolled up into a different type of bag and then handed to us- bit of a panic job it turned out to be; Not thinking of checking the item simply as you'd expect the item you handed in to be returned, we noted later in the day when trying to make the beds that we were given some cheap poor quality duvet which was not ours.. As we were going away for a few days, we didn't have time to drive over and wait further, but did phone...a number of times, we both left voice mails and provided our mobile numbers...no call back. We returned back to Berwick about 5 days later and still no returned call, and for a period of time we did call when we were away and their phone was constantly turned off, in the end we thought we're wasting our time as our duvet would had been gone by then, either by mistake or dishonesty. I suspect our good quality 13.5 tog goose down duvet has been given to a different customer, and in return we got a 10 tog Ponden Mill thin useless Hollow fibre Polyester duvet. I can accept mistakes happen, I'm not totally unreasonable and would hope they would be rectified, but this place didn't even have the decency to own up to their mistake, return our calls or take ownership for it. In the end, I just bought a replacement for the one I took to be dry cleaned, but this whole experience with this company has put me out of pocked £300. AVOID
