Was a 3 nights stay. Just off the main area so was quiet on a night, short walk over the bridge to the town centre 5mins max. Room was very clean including the bathroom. Room temperature was just right slept well and very comfy bed.

We had a brilliant stay at Rob Roy - the room was lovely and location was perfect for a quiet stay in a beautiful town. The hotel was close to both the town centre and Spital Beach. Craig and the staff were really accommodating and friendly!

We booked this hotel via Wowcher but I hadn’t read the terms and conditions properly and couldn’t redeem my voucher, so Craig reassured me that I could still have the room we’d booked and he dealt with Wowcher, completely putting my mind at rest. The hotel is beautiful and ultra modern/classy. The little kitchen areas are really well equipped(we took our own air fryer and set it up in the kitchen too, as we fancied bacon butties in the morning). We had lunch at the Riverside Café, a fantastic family run cafe. Then Kitchen Limoncello restaurant for steaks. All within a short walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and will steal some of their design ideas x

I stayed here for a few nights recently and had a really lovely time. The property is beautifully decorated - stylish but also very warm and cosy - and it immediately felt comfortable and welcoming. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making it an easy place to relax. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear and helpful information provided ahead of check-in about access and how everything worked. The location was also great: a short walk into Berwick with local shops nearby, and plenty of on-street parking available right outside. I would happily stay here again and will definitely return when I’m back in the area.

Had an amazing few days in this gem of a place. RobRoy is conveniently located on a quiet road overlooking the river with lots of free on street parking just outside the accommodation. We stayed in Room 5 which was luxurious and very spacious with a view of the River. Craig went out of his way to give us a warm welcome and made sure we knew where everything was. Top marks for the recommendations on all the places to eat, we tried several and they were all spot on. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit the beautiful surrounding areas, we visited Bamburgh and Edinburgh. We will most certainly be returning.

Great little find! Stayed in room 4 with a lovely view of the estuary. Room was spotless and a very good size. Kitchen facilities were an added bonus if needed. Lots of useful information and great suggestions on the app once booked. Allanton Inn, TD11 3JZ approx 10 miles away perfect, one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Atelier in the town, first class and great beer. Would definitely recommend Rob Roy if in the area, as a great base. Boat trip from Chandlers in the town well worth the experience and blessed with pods of dolphins.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is gorgeous and immaculate. I was in love with the decor especially the bathroom. The beds are sooo comfy I didn’t want to leave! The location was brilliant as well, bars restaurants and shops all nearby. Will 100% be back, can’t recommend the place enough x

I had a fantastic stay at The Rob Roy Boutique Hotel. The room was beautifully styled, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay special. It’s perfectly located for exploring Berwick and the coast. A real gem that offers charm, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation in a Fantastic location September 2025 Spent two wonderful evenings in this superb accommodation. We stayed in room 4. The views over the water were stunning. The whole place was spotless and the room was very comfy with everything you could possibly need. The town was only a short walk away over the old bridge. Shops and a great cafe ( lovely breakfast ) are only a two minute walk away. Don't be off put by no private parking. There is ample parking on the road directly in front of the accommodation. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending The Rob Roy
