Purchased shack tray containing lobster, langoustines and prawns together with packets of kippers. Absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. Served by a lovely helpful lady.

Bobbed in on our way home for some lovely fresh lindisfarne oysters to take back to Colne (Lancs) - absolutely fantastic service, fresh quality seafood, plenty of choice and lovely staff. Bought 12 oysters, a seafood platter for 2 and a shucking knife for a very reasonable £40 - easily fed 3 of us and could have stretched to 4. The lovely lady who served us bagged everything up in ice packs and made it so easy for us to get our purchase home keeping it all fresh & in top quality for our tea - it was so fresh & tasty. Will definitely be going back when I'm next in the area and will probably have a couple of deliveries in between then. Very happy with everything - Thank You :)

I have to give this company 5 stars for their Dressed Crab! Beautiful! I have never had a dressed crab so full of white and dark crabmeat or so sweet and delicious. And no shell fragments at all! I highly recommend ! You must try it! I have the hot smoked salmon saved for tomorrow. :)

Amazing choice of fresh lobsters and crab from huge tanks Then beautiful creamy Lindisfarne oysters. Big trays of cooked lobster crab prawns to take away. Various smoked salmon packs like sweet chilli or sriracha or lemon and pepper. All sorts of other exciting treats !

Do not use. Man I spoke to was rude. Ordered 1fresh dressed lobster, 1kg frozen king prawn tails and 500g FROZEN scallops. The frozen items were for use at later dates. On arrival the scallops were almost defrosted. The prawns were still frozen. I emailed them 3 times - no response. I called during opening times - no reply. At long last a man answered who was frankly rude. Told me we should have finished defrosting the scallops and eaten them....what along with our fresh lobster!! All 500g of them!!! Alternatively he said we should have cooked the scallops and the frozen them....be tough as old boots!! He kept arguing that we should not have expected them to be frozen...why when we ordered them frozen!! Eventually he agreed to get someone from the office to look into our emails but no one ever contacted us. With hindsight I should not have used them again as we had potted shrimp arrive thawed, but they did give us a refund that time and the dressed lobster was nice. Never again.

Great seafood for a reasonable price! We just walked by and popped in to get some snacks for the beach and was pleasantly surprised. Fresh and delicious!

Placed an order with the company for a birthday present… no problems in selecting a lovely looking package. Needed to change the shipping date unexpectedly, contacted the seller by email 2+ weeks before but no reply. Followed up with second email, no reply. No phone number to call, delivery made on original date. Luckily someone could keep the present safe until the recipient was home, but this wasn’t for a few days… Overall, well shipped goods but lack of customer service is a real issue.

Received a fairly big order including 12 fresh dressed crabs. Unfortunately when they arrived, the box had been smashed open and the fresh crabs which were the only things not properly wrapped up in the box had come out of the split down the side and underneath and so had been exposed the the floor, delivery van and who knows what else. Emailed them immediately with a photo and had absolutely no reply. First time buying from here and won't be buying again.

Ordered the Luxury Seafood Platter (serves 6-8) as a lockdown treat and because I wanted to support British fishermen during these hard times. Wow... this didn't disappoint. I felt like you got what you paid for and this would have served exactly the number they said it would. We really really enjoyed it. It came well packaged and was delivered by FEDEX in a cool box. Highly recommend to anyone who likes seafood.
