Had a problem in bathroom? Size required they were very helpful and exchanged the item we had bought the previous day.

This shop needs money spent on it. The floor was dirty through wear and tear. The shop was cold too. The lady at the checkout was really nice tho.

Store interior looking distinctly tired and unloved. Expensive, and loads of lines out of stock (empty shelves or racks). I'd be surprised if they have sufficient customers to remain viable. Certainly won't be returning any time soon.

Bought quite a lot from here probably because it is the only diy store around. Their prices are a bit steep especially the timber. Get some good bargains in the garden centre.

Found what I needed but some of the stuff in your store is really pricey. Used to be a very good value store but it's not even in line with B&Q or Home Depot now so you probably get more customers if you don't mark something up 50% higher 👍

Friendly staff. Had what I wanted and was on 3 for 2. Plenty of room in car park.

I had such a great experience here The lovely woman who works in the garden section was so kind, helpful and friendly she made my visit so positive She always makes a fuss of my dog when I bring her and goes out of her way to help She deserves a big pay rise as do the rest of the staff I am sure

Small-ish store with not always a great variety. Some staff are helpful but I witnessed a staff member very rude and unhelpful to a disabled lady who couldn't get up the stairs and she was reluctant to stop chatting to go upstairs and help the lady. Made me very sad for her. (I later saw another staff member helping her which was great, and the guy who served me was also lovely).

It’s handy to have this store in the area so we don’t have to travel further especially after other merchants are closed . Prices are varied. Sometimes real bargains but generally RRP
