Beautiful room. Able yo park out motorcycles in the from courtyard which was so convenient! Online booking and check-in worked great and easy walk to restaurants and the various sights in Berwick.

Stayed in a twin room, comes complete with towels, shower gels and even free snacks and coffee! TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime. Friendly staff as well.

The owner upgraded us free of charge. Local cab knew exactly where to go although it's not a bad walk from the train. Easy access to Berwick upon Tweed lighthouse and the ocean. Rooms: Larger than average room in UK

These people work very hard for you. They are cleaning and resetting it all and make great rooms to sleep in. There's a sitting area which they made available to us even after check out as we explored the town and then waited for a taxi in the middle of a storm. This was a great layover with some excellent Fish and Chips in town. The breakfast around the corner is almost worth the stay alone.

Lovely spotless room, in a lovely area. So much to see and do on the doorstep. Information re check in/out spot on! Would definitely recommend these rooms to family and friends.

Such a Gem of a place, I couldn't be happier with my stay, the staff are friendly, the room was well appointed (even had a fridge with 2 bottles of water chilling for me) clean and had everything in it I could need (including tea /coffee station and a fan). Full of character (and more homely than a travel lodge). It's ideally situated close to the heart of everything. I was able to come and go as I pleased exploring all that Berwick-upon-tweed has to offer. There is a little communal lounge with a coffee pod machine , juice and snack bars available all day. Highly recommend and would definitely return Nearby activities: So much to see and do nearby... from walking along the remains of the wall and Ramparts, to beautiful parks, lovely cafes, river walks, coastal walks, the peir and lighthouse, the harbour, boat tours and beaches... There is always something to see and explore. Walkability: Close to everything... Coast approx 5 minute walk. Wall and Ramparts 2 minutes walk. River Tweed and harbour 10 minute walk. Train station 15 minute walk. Visitor center around the corner. Noteworthy details: There are no meals (breakfast /lunch /dinner) at the guesthouse, but it realy didn't bother me and I was aware when booking. The area has so many little independent cafés and coffee shops that it's definitely not a problem ☺

Very clean and nice room. It smells like fresh laundry when you enter the house and everything looks spotless. Good communication upon self check in. Rooms: Very clean and tasteful furnished room.

We needed to check in early to change before heading out to a nearby wedding venue. Staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms and nearby free parking. What's not to like.

Great place to stay, just a few minutes walk to the main high street and all places of interest. Very welcoming host, lovely fresh decor throughout and our room looked recently decorated. We were in one of the two attic rooms, perhaps best suited to a short weekend stay, we found the size of the room and the sloping cieling a bit challenging for a full week. Excellent ensuite bathroom and small refrigerator and tea/ coffee making facilities were very useful. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Such a lovely welcome from Anne.. A lovely, clean, comfortable room which included a huge bowl of chocolates😁.. There was also a great choice for breakfast. Anne is a bundle of infectious energy who bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this guest house and I will definitely book again when I’m visiting Berwick Jackie and Nick
