Good selection and reasonable prices on offcuts but the post sales service was not good. No information from the store on when the order would be delivered despite several requests nobody bothered to call and update. Was told the order would be on within a week but 6 weeks later still not arrived and even after several conversations and another visit to the shop nobody has bothered to call. Reasonable prices and good selection but terrible customer service once the money has changed hands.

So pleased with my stair carpet. Exactly what I wanted and delivered and fitted beautifully with the minimum of fuss at a better price than the second quote too. Very happy with the service.

Knew what I wanted with the small information I gave him(Dennis) and went straight to the carpet I wanted no fuss no over selling no pressure, came out the showroom very happy

Honestly can't thank the guys enough at Ideal, so professional and quick, Denis was amazing throughout the whole thing, came out and measured straight away and had all flooring laid the next week ready to move in, couldn't recommend a better company, well done guys 👏

Ideal carpets were extremely accomodating as they arranged for our flooring to be ordered and fitted within the short window of time that we had available. First purchase was a bed from here, excellent service from John, really good product knowledge with no pressure, guided us to the perfect bed. We have now returned and purchased a carpet. Didn't need to look anywhere else found exactly what we wanted at the right price. Deliveries exactly when we wanted them.

Phoned 5 weeks before we wanted safety flooring fitted, 1 week later we get a visit measuring for what we need (great, reason for 1 star). Asked for a quote. 2 weeks later no quote now 2 weeks before we need it. Phoned asking for a call back (still waiting). Decided to go in........... No we can't do it, haven't got a fitter. Asked when they were going to tell us. No answer to that question. Wouldn't entertain again, totally unprofessional!!

Superb service, they came and measured up 5 rooms for us, worked out the best way to get us the best deal, delivered and fitted all well within the tough timescales we had set them. We really challenged Ideal Carpets, and they certainly exceeded our expectations. Dennis and John are a pleasure to deal with - and we will be back.
