Unreliable services, arrogant drivers, worst customer service - do yourself a favour and avoid this company

Staying in Hawick we use public transport to get around now and again It is a bit unfortunate that the buses don't run a bit later at night to run in line with the trains. On the plus side the drivers are always helpful and friendly. Our driver on Friday night was called Derek very cheerful guy. There were a group of young people at the back of the bus singing obviously having a good time This was so positive and made the journey back home even better. Be nice if the buses ran a wee bit later but on the whole a great experience

My favourite thing is when they’re late, the bus driver is unpleasant and the fare has gone up 30p.
