Don’t use this company ! Had them out to our house to clean, point and fix a couple of tiles. Smashed our attic window blatantly denied it ! Sorry but my attic would be soaking inside if it was like that. But worst of all our poor neighbours garden has been left a mess because they didn’t use sheets or clean any of it up. Neighbours gutters are now full of moss because he’s washed it all into theirs. Told us they’d come back out Monday or Tuesday to speak to our neighbours and have a look at the window. Never bothered to turn up have text and left voicemail. Being ignored is bad customer service. We realise accidents happen and we are all human but please put your hand up and admit to your mistakes and fix them. Now need to fork out more money to get our glass replaced.
