Called in as passing, needing to replace our 65" Samsung TV. Not buying today as still on holiday. Assistant was extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction. No pressure sales, very refreshing. We will be ordering from Currys shortly as a result of this visit.

I recently purchased a Google pixel 6 from this store and I had problems with my email accounts as I don't live in Berwick I went to my local store in Falkirk for help but help was not what I got. Therefore when I was next at my caravan I went back to the Berwick store. I just want to say a big thank you to Andrew known as AJ in the store he sorted my problem within a couple of minutes and assisted me with a couple of other purchases I needed. I have used this store a few times and always found the staff so pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Called in to ask for advice about a problem I had with my Samsung tablet. I help that I got was above and beyond expectations. It was extremely knowledgeable and unpressurised to part with any money.
The two colleagues who I dealt with are a real asset to Currys.
Thanks and rest assured that should I need any electrical/electronic equipment I'll be back.

I bought an HP printer on-line and collected it within the hour from the store. Seamless and helpful staff. Setting up the printer was a nightmare, however, but that was an HP problem.

Currys is great place to shop electronic etc...we just bought a new washing machine today at reasonable price though still little expensive...its a shame they don't offer delivery of their products on each of the items...but staff are helpful and they provide as much as information they can to help customers to buy their products 😀...its very clean and tidy and greatly presented too and assembly is great too...all the best

I found a deal online which disappeared two days later before I for the chance to buy it. Fair enough, deals come and go without warning, but on the website it told me it returned 40 results when I searched for the deal although it only actually showed 11 when you scrolled down the page. I used a live chat on the website to ask whether this was a system error and the deals were still there, or whether they had ended and it should in fact be 11 results showing. The advisor didn't understand the issue to start with and tried to tell me that deals could end without notice. I explained that I understood that, but the whole 40 results/11 showing thing was confusing. They then agreed. I say 'they' as they never asked my name or offered theirs. They said this could be either of the 2 scenarios that I had suggested and would send this to someone to look into. I asked how long this might take to be resolved/clarified and they said they would ask a manager. They then came back to say it could take up to 24hrs and ushered the conversation towards a close without asking if I was satisfied. I wasn't. To be honest, I was no further forward. This conversation was a waste of time and the representative never really bought into the idea of helping me or even trying to properly explain what was going wrong. More than 24hrs later the website was still showing the same so I decided to visit the local store to see if they still had access to the old deals. Before I did this though I decided to come up with a 'plan B' in case the deals weren't available. To do this I checked the website for availability at my local store and was told that the items I would buy could be ordered and collected in minutes. I went into the store and explained the situation to a member of staff. They thought they knew why this was happening and took me to a computer terminal to resolve it. They couldn't and said it was strange. They called over a more senior colleague who thought they could resolve it. They also failed to do this and couldn't understand the issue. They said it was about stock not being available, but this felt very much like a fob off. They then said they could order in my 'plan B'. I pointed out that the website said it was available to collect in minutes. They said that the website often says this even when the service isn't available. This appears to be a way of getting potential customers in to the store to query it. The 2 staff members then said they would try to figure out the cheapest way to build my order (Nintendo Switch + game 1, and game 2 bought separately or vice versa). I explained that I had researched it and method A would be the cheapest. They didn't listen and continued to use calculators to check if £299.99 + £49.99 was cheaper than £309.99 + £49.99. In the end the more senior staff member commented that it was "the best way to do it. We've just saved that customer £10" like they had somehow achieved something that I hadn't been saying for the last 5 minutes. I agreed to have the order placed and the member of staff said it would be available to collect from the store around 24hrs later. I was asked how I was looking to pay and I said card then started to move round to the chip and pin terminal. The assistant told me that this was an online order so I wouldn't be using the chip and pin terminal. He took my card and processed the transaction and said it was done. At the end of the day this is an online order that I could have placed myself and had it delivered to my home rather than having to collect it. I've still not had the website issue explained or resolved, and I've ended up with my 'plan B' choice rather than my preferred option. All in all this has been a very poor service that I would recommend against.
