After having very poor service from the company I bought my scooter from I turned to Steve at mobility solutions north east and got the most honest advice and resolution in 4 days I highly recommend this company

We bought an all-terrain power chair for our son from Mike and his team. The service they provided us has been outstanding. Mike brought a range of chairs for our son to try from home and even went to the local forest paths so we could try it out there too. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept us informed while we waited for delivery and delivered it earlier than we had hoped. They even dropped some spare inner tubes off for us. Mike also managed to source a used fold up power chair for us as well at a great price. Highly recommended and proof that it's better to deal with a small local firm.

The manager was very good on the phone initially, and offered to let my partner and I see an invalid bath lift demonstration model as it is difficult to see from photos if it would be suitable size wise. The care and attention to us was first class which is very rare these days so a big thumbs up to this company👍👍👍😄😄😄

It is one of the Pride range and is just what I needed to give me my independence back.so solid, everything I need to feel safe and confident. This company gave me such excellent service. Connor the engineer/sales person came to my home and brought two scooters for me to try. Connor was so knowledgeable and his explanations he made so easy to understand. We have just bought a power chair from this Company. We received fantastic Customer Service from Mike who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He demonstrated several suitable chairs and gave my husband Ian plenty of time to try them all out. We would certainly recommend him. Thanks Mike, Ian now has freedom and independence again.

I cannot stress how impressed I was with North East Mobility and the service and care the team offered. With my wife being heavily pregnant with twins, getting about is a struggle for her and having this scooter to hand allowed my wife to have a holiday. Without the scooter my wife would have found herself confined to the caravan or only being able to go very short distances. With the scooter, my wife was able to do everything she wanted and join the family for all holiday activities. The scooter arrived early and was picked up on time with communication being on point each step of the way. I would have no problem recommending North East Mobility to anyone, which I already have. Once again, a big thank you to all the team from me and my family.

After booking a holiday in Northumberland with the main focus being on walking my dog I was devastated to break my ankle I emailed my enquiry hit a very quick response and was sorted out almost immediately with scooter hire. Arrived as promised and picked up as promised from our holiday accommodation by a very helpful young man. all in all I was super impressed by the help and communication received. Highly recommend
